Centex Puddle Seal – Refund & Return Policy
Due to the highly specialized, moisture-sensitive nature of industrial polymer compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Why we enforce this policy:
Centex Puddle Seal is a premium granular formula that expands 200:1 upon contact with moisture. To ensure maximum product integrity and performance, our inventory is tightly quality-controlled and stored in climate-monitored, airtight environments. Once a container leaves our possession, we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or exposed to atmospheric humidity. For the safety and performance guarantee of all our customers, we never resell returned chemical or polymer products.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:
We take great pride in the durability of our packaging. However, if your order arrives physically damaged during transit (e.g., a cracked bucket or punctured super sack) or if you received the incorrect size, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your official order number.
Clear photographic evidence of the damaged, unopened container.
Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement unit at no additional charge to you.
